Our state of the art design and drawing service means we can create bespoke items produced by our highly qualified fabrication team.

Filtration

GSE offers in-house filtration solutions using zero defect stainless steel meshes specifically designed for demanding applications such as the oil, powder, gas, water and dairy industries. We also re-mesh existing filters to exacting customer specifications.

Our drum screens and run down screens use wedge wire technology and provide a cost effective way to remove suspended solids in meat processing, offal processing, plant effluent and sludge screening.

Our in-house product, Ultrasieve, is an internally fed rotating wedgewire drum screen that separates suspended solids and fibres at high flow rates. It is energy efficient and low maintenance, providing a cost effective method for reducing BOD and minimising treatment and effluent charges. The by-product material can provide a re-sale opportunity for the user.
