Using water and garnet pressurised to 65,000PSI our Flow water jet can cut any material on earth.
Our particular machine can cut any sheet size up to 4x2m and 180mm thick.
Unlike other methods of cutting like plasma and laser, there is no heat added to the material. Therefore, there can be no distortion of heat effected zones for welding.
Our machine can cut Hardox and titanium with ease. These are the two hardest, most common materials on the market. It can also cut other materials like GRP, glass or brass to name a few.
